Dear Cheri, Thank you so much for sharing this detailed room tour at Cherero Camp with your audience. We are an eco-camp and the first Regenerative Hotels member in East Africa. We do not have a kettle or a mini-fridge in the room, but our staff brings hot teas/coffees and cold drinks for guests to enjoy on the verandah. During our turndown service, hot water in a thermos along with hot water bottles for the beds (on cool nights) are brought to each tent. We do offer a simple laundry service by handwashing (since we do not use washing machines). We hope you have enjoyed our simple luxuries at Cherero Camp and we look forward to welcoming you back to this special part of the Serengeti!

I did a solo trip and stayed here with a Diamond Club Beach front room. I had a jacuzzi in the room and on the balcony. I thought the room was very nice and enjoyed the butler service. Having them make daily dinner reservations was fantastic. Definitely would recommend the resort based on food, entertainment, vibe, and pools. I went October 2022.
